Since the 1940's., the Newman family has had a long history in real estate development and construction. In early 1980's, Mitchell Newman, a registered architect, established Gamut to build the projects that his architectural practice designed. He was committed to providing a full service design and construction practice that produced quality and construction inherent in his designs.

Today, Mitchell Newman oversees two independent firms that are full-service resources for clients who understand the significance of the relationship between architectural integrity and quality construction. The firm's unique core competencies in development, architecture and engineering permit it to build more efficiently and to meet budget and schedule milestones.
